The 46th Annual Texas Renaissance Festival Reveals New Attractions
October 08, 2020
The 46th annual Texas Renaissance Festival in Todd Mission opened gates for this season’s festivities on October 3. This years patrons will be entertained 16 new vendors, 11 guest vendors and new performers.
This year, the capacity of the event is reduced resulting in gate ticket purchases for only military, first responders, students and seniors with identification. General admission tickets will be limited, but can be purchased at HEB, Groupon and online. Ticket prices are $30 for adults.
The festival will be monitoring crowds with electronic people counters at entrance and exit gates to ensure compliance. Festival staff, participants and guests will be offered free COVID-19 testing via swab.
Keeping with the spirit of Texas Renaissance Festival, each weekend will include themes. Since tickets are date-specific this year, attendees will have time to plan their attire if so desired.
