Fairwater Grand Opening Prize Winners

Response to the Fairwater Grand Opening was overwhelming. The community hosted a Realtor Grand Opening event last week, inviting area Real Estate agents to tour the new Fairwater neighborhood and furnished model homes by D.R. Horton and CastleRock Communities last week. Every agent who visited received a free car wash gift card.

The public was invited to pick up a free car wash this past weekend as well, when they visited and toured the builder model homes. Nearly 200 people toured over the weekend.

The Realtor Grand Opening $1000 grand prize drawing winner was Vanissa Micklethwait with RE/MAX The Woodlands Spring. Vanissa says she likes Fairwater's close proximity to everything while still being set back and tucked away a bit.

The Public Grand Opening $1000 grand prize drawing winner was Annie Holcomb of Montgomery.  "I drive past the development on the way to work every morning and I have watched it grow. I was interested in looking to see what it was all about," said Annie, who is a teacher at Keenan Elementary School. "I fell in love with the beautiful D.R. Horton model home kitchen the moment I stepped inside. I could just picture my family inside as we are now, and who we will grow to be! As we transition out of the military, this will be our first house that we will be able to make roots in. We are super excited to begin this next chapter!"
