Fairwater Recreation Center Grand Opening Drawing Winners

Congratulations to Brandi Jackson for winning a $1,000 American Express gift card, which was the Grand Prize for the Fairwater Recreation Center Grand Opening Realtor Event hosted in the community on Thursday, April 07, 2022.

Jackson is pictured with D.R. Horton Sales Professional, Adam Price. She lives near the Fairwater Community in Montgomery, Texas and absolutely loves the area and how much it is growing. 

Jackson said the new recreation center is a wonderful addition to the community because it gives families an easy place to enjoy family life, brings back some much needed balance after the pandemic, and gets people back to living life outdoors! She has sold one home in the Fairwater Community, currently has one under contract, and another in the finalization stages.

We're so thankful for all the Realtors who took time out of their busy day to come out to the Fairwater Recreation Center Grand Opening Realtor Event and we hope that everyone enjoyed the event!

Congratulations to Alec Sandoval for winning a $1,000 American Express gift card, which was the Grand Prize for the Fairwater Recreation Center Grand Opening hosted in the community on Saturday, April 09, 2022.

Sandoval is pictured in the Fairwater Community CastleRock model home. Alec lives near Fairwater and is looking to move to the community. He was very impressed with the area and appreciated how close it was to the many shopping and eating amenities.

Sandoval attended the Fairwater Recreation Center Grand Opening with his wife and son and says their favorite part of the event was the splash pad. He plans to get in touch with a Realtor relatively soon as they are looking to move to the area this summer. He looks forward to spending time at the new recreation center with his family on Saturday’s enjoying lunch outside and watching his son play.
