Oak Hills Junior High's DI Team Advances To State

Oak Hills Junior High’s Destination Imagination Team has advanced to state for the second year in a row. This year’s team, the “ABSOLUTE 7”, came in 2nd place in the scientific category. Managed by Mrs. Jebousek, the team created a documentary about a Scientific Law which was broken.
Together the team spent time and effort learning about thermodynamics, Absolute Zero, script writing, as well as various documentary techniques and video editing. Members of the ABSOLUTE 7 include, Aubry Clevinger, Dillon Hight, Noelle Potee, Matthew Fitzgerald, Taylor Spier, Kimberly Boyd, and Robby Boyd. The team will go on to represent Oak Hills and the Southeast Region 6 at the STATE finals in late March.
